Welcome to my portfolio. I have six years of experience in a wide range of aspects in the hospitality and restaurant industry. From catering to small production café work I have been trained in front and back of house. Although I am on the culinary track I also have about two years worth of commercial baking and pastry work as well. I am an extremely fast learner and my diverse set of skills would make me an excellent asset to any team.

This quote, by Chef Alice Waters, is what I choose to model my own cooking after. Ingredients are the building blocks, and technique is the foundation. The foundation needs to be there to support the house, but what makes a house a home is fixtures, aesthetics and the subtleties. Without these you will only ever have 4 walls. I studied at Chez Panisse under the ideals of Chef Waters, and as I progress through my career I plan to model my business ethics and practices in my own. With this, I feel confident that I will be able to provide you with wholesome, comforting food, and unforgettable experiences.
